Reducing Time to Value with an Intuitive Segment Builder Inside an AI Framework
Supporting over $140M ARR from the world’s top brands, I led the design and launch of our first AI-powered product.
In a fast-paced advertising landscape, marketers need to identify and reach relevant audiences almost instantly. However, our existing Segment Builder was bogged down by manual steps, including slow search, excessive clicks, and complex workflows, which lead to user frustration and increased churn. I designed a scalable framework that improved the existing segment-building user flow while setting the stage for future AI-powered features. I championed this vision to secure leadership buy-in and presented the strategy to the CEO and Sales teams. Collaborating closely with engineering, I helped build the AI architecture using Modern Context Protocol and LangGraph, making the product faster, smarter, and adaptable for future use cases.
